Pre Inspection Before We Begin

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly, professional carpet cleaning technicians. Once we are invited into your home, we will do a walk-through with you and inspect what we will be cleaning.  We will listen and note all your specific needs and concerns. Our technician will then do a thorough pre-inspection and point out any areas of concern that may be present.

Pre Treat Entire Carpet

Move Most Items and Furniture

We take special care once the cleaning begins to move most furniture and items off the carpet for you.  Larger items like sofas, love seats, tables, and chairs will be shifted to the side in order to thoroughly clean under them.  We will then place them back in their original position.  Blocks and clear plastic tabs are used to protect the furniture while the carpet dries over the next few hours.

Rinse & Extract
