How We Clean & Dry Sofa Seats

• Vetted, trained, and insured technicians will arrive in an unmarked vehicle/PSV/bike/uber/bolt/taxify for privacy.
• We will perform a full sofa inspection before starting the cleaning process.
• Imagine Care® vacuums the sofas and chairs to get rid of dust and any dirt particles.
• Prior to the pre-spray, we treat the areas of your sofa or upholstery that have marks or stains on with our special non-detergent stain remover.
• The technicians then shampoo the seats thoroughly to remove stubborn stains. With our intelligent, educated choice of cleaning solution we begin applying it to all the fabric, to loosen up all soils, grease and ground-in dirt.
• We will then carefully work the pre-spray into all the fibres with a soft pile brush, making sure all the fabric is well conditioned.
• Further, we use a wet dry vacuum machine to flush out the dirt, grease, any cleaning residue, and upto 99% of the water which will make the seats dry up after approximately 2 hours.
• We then will wipe down the fabric with a cloth or a brush, removing any marks and setting the fabric pile to its correct position.
• For leather sofa seats, after vacuuming the dust and gently shampooing them, we apply polish to ensure that they have the brand new look and their original color maintained.
